Where are you from?

I’m from Toluca city, Mexico.

How did you get started as a photographer?

When I was a kid, my grandmother had an analog camera that I got to take pictures with, and I remember feeling excited to discover each image when I was going to develop the images.

How long have you been a photographer for?

At 8-years-old I started taking photographs but began professionally taking photos for my university in 2014. For my first professional photography job I got to photograph a famous painter from Mexico and that photograph was a huge step in my career. I then won several photo contests, the most valuable one for me was: “Mexico in an image”.

What is the most rewarding part of being a photographer?

I love that photography is such a creative process and that you can capture life in an instant.

I really love fine art style photography.
